When the Flash Menu Template Design window pops up, select a Flash menu design by double clicking on the one you would like to use. At this stage, don't worry about the logo, colors and style, as you can always change these further on.

You can browse through the templates by selecting the Next Page button in the top middle section of the Flash Menu Template Design window. There is also a drop down menu on the top right hand side that allows you to quickly jump to a particular template theme.
